Shipping and Return Policy


SHIPPING OPTIONS:

We ship to our customers via UPS, FED EX, USPS and LTL Carriers.

We strive to find the lowest most efficient carrier offering the lowest price based on product size, weight and location.

We offer the following options: standard ground, next day air, 2nd day air or 3 day select. Additional fees will be applied to expedited shipments.



FREE SHIPPING:

Orders totaling $650.00 or more off internet pricing will have Free Standard Shipping. If orders are shipped via LTL they must be shipped to a commercial location within the Contiguous United States to be considered eligible for free freight. Orders shipped via UPS/FED EX small package will reflect actual shipping charges.
Some product exclusions apply including but not limited to over length and extreme length products. Call 866-392-2829 for more details.



NOTICE!!! FREIGHT TO RESIDENTIAL ADDRESSES:

Tulsa Chain has no handling charges, additional fees are determined by the freight companies.

Freight shipments can NOT be delivered to a residential address or residential area of any kind. Residential addresses include private homes (including businesses operating within a private residence), apartments, camps, churches, schools, day cares, farms, public storage facilities, and other locations not generally recognized as commercial locations and shall apply to the entire premises.


Alternatives:

1.The trucking company can hold your order at the nearest terminal. There may be additional storage fees acumulated if orders are not picked up within 2-3 days.

2.There is a $60 surcharge for appointments/call ahead deliveries.


Freight charges on any item shipping directly form one of Tulsa Chain’s Manufacturers will be handled on a case-by-case basis

Other terms and conditions may apply for freight collect, export orders, hazardous materials, special handling or shipments outside the contiguous United States. Title and risk of loss pass to the customer upon tender of shipment to the carrier.

RETURNS:

Tulsa Chain wants you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you find your order does not meet your expectations for any reason, please contact us and we will credit your account with no questions asked. We ask that you repack the order and send it back to us at your expense.

Please be aware that there is a 25% restocking fee all orders, unless approved by a Tulsa Chain employee. We are unable to accept returns on custom made products. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase.

If you find that you need to return or exchanged an item, we ask that you contact us via phone at 866-392-2829 or email at [email protected]. The following will apply to all returns:

Approval is required before any merchandise is returned

Approved returns must have an RGA # (Returned Goods Authorization)provided by Tulsa Chain

No returns accepted without RGA #

Returns must be received within 30 days of purchase

Product must be returned in saleable, unused condition with original packaging/tag intact

Restocking fee of 25%

We do not assume responsibility for damages that may occur during the return shipment – adequate packaging is required

Any original shipping charges and return shipping will be at the customer’s expense

Any credits or refunds will be applied to the credit card used at the time of purchase

Products modified in any way are not returnable



LOST/DAMAGED GOODS:

Claims for lost, shortages or damaged must be made within 7 business days after delivery or otherwise will be customer’s responsibility.
