Do I need to set up an account with you?
You can access our website as a guest but we highly recommend you create an account to see your history and track your orders more efficiently.
How do I change and check my account details?
To update or change your account information, click/tap the person icon next to the search icon. If you have not login in, you will be asked to do so. You will then have access to change your login information, address, view order information, etc.
I've forgotten my password
If you forget your password, no problem! At the top of our website, click/tap the circle person icon next to the search icon. Click/Tap the “Forgot Password” text and follow listed prompts.
I want to return my purchase! What do I do?
Please refer to our Shipping and Return Policy located under the About Us Section.
What forms of payment do you accept?

How do I cancel my order?
Please call the office @ 866-392-2829 and have your sales order number ready. If the order has already shipped from the warehouse there will be a charge to cancel the order. This will be based on the progress of shipment.
How do I place an order with a tax-exempt account?
You will need to provide a copy of the Tax-Exempt form so we can add it to your account. Please call 866-392-2829 or email us.
