Reversed Eye (RE) slings are formed by using multiple widths of
webbing held edge to edge. A wear pad is attached on both sides
of the web sling body, and on both sides of the loop eyes to form
a loop eye at each end, which is at a right angle to the plane of the
web sling body. The Reversed Eye sling can be used with all three
hitch types, but is particularly well suited to the choker hitch due to
the twisted eye.
Identification Tags and Product Warning Information
Tulsa Chain Slings have a heavy duty laser printed and
Vinyl coated tag designed to stay attached for the life of the sling.
In addition, all slings have attached caution labels.
Red Core Safety Yarns
Tulsa Chain Slings have red core safety yarns that
become visible when outer layers are worn, providing
a signal to remove sling from service. Polyester Round Slings
have red striped white load bearing yarns.
All slings shown are manufactured to meet or exceed
current A.N.S.I. and stringent OSHA requirements.
